•  Did you know In accordance with MIPHY Data (Michigan Profile for Healthy Youth) the percentage of Wayne County students in the 7th grade who reported they ever used a needle to inject drugs was 7.5%. That's 317 seventh grade students in 2015-2016 that had injected drugs.
  

• Our Human Trafficking Subcommittee, the Downriver Anti-Trafficking Coalition (DAC), has meetings every second Tuesday of the month at Taylor Teen Health Center located at 26650 Eureka Road. Every year DAC hosts a 5K to raise awareness. Last year, more than 70 runners and 30 children turned out to participate in the community awareness event held October 31 at Heritage Park (see photo).
